General terms and conditions of lease
Rent a car SB (lessor) rents a vehicle to a client whose data is on the front of the car rental agreement, under the following conditions:
To personally sign the contract on renting a vehicle and thus agree with the provisions of the contract:
Minimum 21 years of age.
At least 2 years of possession of a driver's license and it is mandatory to submit it for inspection.
Mandatory identification - ID card or passport for inspection.
Lease length - the minimum calculated lease length is 1 day (24 hours).
That the client receives the vehicle in good condition with all associated accessories and vehicle documents.
That he will not make any changes to parts, assemblies or devices on the vehicle without the consent of the lessor.
To seek the consent of the lessor 48 hours before the expiration of the vehicle return period to extend this agreed period of vehicle use.
The pick-up and drop-off times must be the same. Only 60 minutes delay in returning the vehicle is tolerated.
Upon expiration of the 60-minute overdraft, we automatically charge a new, additional rental day.
That it will bear the costs of consumed gasoline. Missing fuel is charged 2 EUR per liter at the middle exchange rate of the NBS.
The client is obliged to pay all fines and traffic violations that have occurred due to improper use of vehicles, including penalties for improper parking.
All vehicles have Basic car liability insurance as well as 100% Casco insurance. This insurance DOES NOT COVER damage to the interior of the vehicle, damage to tires and wheels, damage to the lower trap, broken and / or lost key, lost or damaged license and insurance card abroad, CD player, GPS device, damage caused by refueling and damage caused knowingly or negligently. All listed damages will be charged in full from the client. The vehicle is under warranty and it is strictly forbidden to do, repair or change parts on the vehicle. In case of failure, call the Rentacar agency immediately and agree on further steps.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
Car rental is paid when renting a vehicle in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), by payment to the account (legal entities). A deposit is required during the rental period!

TAKING OVER AND RETURNING THE VEHICLE
The vehicle can be picked up and returned in our branch office, and it is also possible to deliver or return the vehicle outside the branch office (hotel, home address, company, etc.). The vehicle can be picked up and returned on non-working days and outside working hours at an additional cost. When picking up and returning the vehicle, it is mandatory to sign a form on the condition of the vehicle. We advise you to inspect the vehicle thoroughly together with our employee. The lessor will not indemnify the client for the loss of or damage to personal luggage and goods in / on the rented vehicle.

PROHIBITIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED DRIVING
It is FORBIDDEN to travel in a rented vehicle to countries that the insurance company does not cover with its insurance: Kosovo and Metohija, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. It is forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics. In these cases, the insurance is NOT VALID - the client is charged the full amount of damage / theft.
The rented vehicle can be driven only by a person registered as a driver in the vehicle rental agreement. Up to two additional drivers are allowed, with the approval of ABAKUS Rent A Car, when picking up the vehicle.

It is forbidden to give the rented vehicle for use to unauthorized persons, ie persons who are not registered in the lease agreement.
In these cases, the insurance is NOT VALID - the client is charged the full amount of damage / theft.

POLICE RECORD IS OBLIGATORY FOR ALL TYPES OF INSURANCE!
Without a police record, the original document and the original key, the full amount of damage and / or theft will be charged to the client regardless of the type of insurance purchased. A record must be made even in cases where the client was not present when the vehicle was damaged (eg the vehicle was damaged in the parking lot by an unidentified person).

PROCEDURES in case of accident, damage and theft of vehicles
The client is obliged to act as follows:
IMMEDIATELY to inform the police and Rent A Car SB about the event and to follow their instructions. To write down data about other participants in the accident, that is. happening.
To complete the European report on the accident / damage when returning the vehicle.
To write a short statement describing the causes and circumstances in which the accident / damage occurred.
